This too shall pass

“This too shall pass” is a Persian adage (Wikipedia) translated and used in multiple languages. It reflects on the temporary nature of the human condition and being transitory – existing only briefly. Despite this unprecedented period of social isolation, in the greater scheme of things, and in the scale of our lives, it is only a small part, and it won’t last for ever.

So, let’s look forward…

There is no doubt that the Covid-19 pandemic has presented us with some huge challenges and hardships, from lack of family contact and social time, food, travel and income limitations, to terrifying illness.  I was gutted to have to close the practice and cease personal contact with new and long-standing clients – an unexpected move, but necessary to keep everyone as safe as possible.  However, I have made myself available by phone from day one, and this has resulted in some tremendous conversations – some memorable ones involving the links between Tinnitus and stress – and I will continue with this service until I can re-open the practice.

Whilst we cannot say exactly what life will be like in the ‘new normal’, we at Steven Hale Hearing are really keen to start planning for it, in order that we do everything possible to provide all our clients with the superb service they have come to expect in search of excellent hearing health.

With this in mind, I am now offering “Priority Bookings”, so that as soon as the clinic doors are open, I can welcome you back with an appointment – and a great offer!

What great offer?

Our usual fee of £150 for a Hearing Assessment will be reduced to £75, and the same reduction will apply to our Tinnitus Consultation – PLUS you will get a free accessory, worth up to £350, when you buy hearing aids! *** You can click this link to book your appointment now – any bookings I receive from today’s date will qualify for this amazing offer – and ensure you are listed for an appointment when we re-open ***

Also, in order to maximise our chances of seeing you as soon as possible, we will be added increased flexibility by providing evening and weekend appointments.

In the meantime, I will still be available to talk to and offer as much help as possible over the phone on 0121 308 2550, and can also be contacted on email as usual.

In summary

Whether your nearest centre is the Little Aston Hospital, Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, or Malcolm Gray Opticians in Four Oaks, I very much look forward to listing you for an appointment – and offering half price consultations and a free hearing accessory when you buy hearing aids.

*** Priority Booking Offer valid until Government remove ban on contact and social distancing ***

“Thank you for your loyalty.  Thank you for your patience. Stay safe, positive and helpful to each other.

I very much look forward to seeing you again soon.”
