Steven Hale

Award-winning Audiologist Steven Hale has been helping people hear better since 1996. He is a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a Registered Clinical Audiologist with the RCCP, and a Registered Ear Care Practitioner. Steven takes great care to listen and solve hearing issues in order to maximise his clients’ lifestyle and quality of life.

Emma Harris

Ear Wax Removal Specialist Emma Harris has a rich background in A&E, Interventional Radiology, and General Practice Nursing. She is fully qualified in Ear Microsuction Procedures and has been performing ear irrigation since 2015.

Niki Hale

Niki was instrumental in founding the original Steven Hale Hearing practice and continues to lead on ensuring that customer service standards remain outstanding.

Nick Wyatt

Nick once our hearing care assistant is now fully qualified as a hearing aid dispenser. Passionate about helping people hear better and with a keen interest in audiology, he supports clients through hearing assessments and fittings.

Caris Lount

Caris was once a client of Steven Hale and now works within the team as a Hearing Care Assistant. Having tinnitus herself, she brings personal insight and empathy to her role, supporting clients on their hearing and tinnitus journeys with compassion and understanding.
