If we are unable to safely remove all the wax in one sitting (usually because it is very hard or impacted), we will ask you to oil your ears for a few more days, and we will book you back in free of charge to complete the removal.

Depending on your personal situation, we may be able to remove this for you via microsuction. Sometimes we recommend you must seek advice from your GP or an ENT specialist first, but rest assured your ears are in safe hands with us
Yes, we strongly recommend using olive oil ear drops the night before & morning of your appointment (We find that any longer usually makes the wax harder to remove, but everyone’s ears & ear wax is different) your appointment. This softens the wax, which makes the removal process much quicker, easier, and safer.
The entire appointment is booked for 30 minutes. The actual removal time depends on how impacted the wax is, but it typically only takes between 5 to 15 minutes per ear.
